All eyes on the circus lead. The dazzling ring master costume is composed of: coat, dress, cape, top hat and hat band. The tailcoat features a sequined collar, attachable fringed shoulder epaulets, and fabric chain button fasteners. The strappy shift style dress sports a sequin skirt and is decorated with a gold button trim. The gold and black sequined cape attaches to the epaulets and the collapsible top hat is assembled from 3 pieces.
Includes: jacket, dress, cape, hat, hatband, (2) shoulder epaulets.
Not included: gloves, boots.

30-day returns. Unopened items in original packaging get a full refund. Opened or tried-on items that are unworn with tags attached have a 20% restocking fee, as do returns of 6 or more of the same item. We can't accept worn, damaged or tag-missing items, or opened masks, makeup, wigs and tights.
Holiday costumes: request Halloween and Christmas returns before the holiday. Return shipping is on the customer unless we sent a wrong or defective item.
