Accessibility Statement

CostumeBoom wants everyone to be able to shop for costumes with ease, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.

Our goal

We are working to make our website conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities.

What we are doing

• Adding descriptive text alternatives (alt text) to product images
• Using clear headings, labels, and page structure
• Reviewing our site regularly and fixing issues as we find them

Ongoing work

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these guidelines, and we keep improving them. Checkout is provided and maintained by Shopify, and some features, such as payment buttons and sign-up forms, come from third-party providers whose accessibility we do not fully control.

Tell us about a problem

If you have trouble using any part of our site, or have a suggestion, please let us know through our contact form. Tell us the page and the problem you ran into, and we will do our best to help and to fix it.
